Description of Duties Provide general lab support including management of central inventory parts and supplies area; processing of surplus equipment; basic PC system setup; miscellaneous equipment upgrades and various adhoc lab improvement projects; assist purchasing process for several QA labs including equipment research, receivables processing, and RMA processing. Primary skills you will exercise/improve in this role: communications, basic computer hardware/software, light network topology, customer service, project management, leadership, team work, keyboarding, data entry, process improvement, documenting best known methods, improving current methods, creative thinking, work review process, job shadow opportunities, time management, task ownership, improve work ethic independently and within a team.
