Training Program AssistantINTERNSHIP POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Start Date: 10/1/2006     End Date: 9/30/2007     Pay Rate: $10.50/hr

Work Hours: 1-5pm     Total Hours Per Week: 20

Age Requirement: 18+

Educational Requirements: College Student

Description of Duties: Assist Product Manager with creating and managing the SharePoint training program to include: working with customers to manage class logistics, notifying them of the training opportunities, troubleshooting training class or materials issues. Possible web-development opportunities.

Skills: MS Office Suite Web Design

Special Requirements: None

Lab Tech and Administrative Support AssistantINTERNSHIP POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Start Date: 9/5/2006     End Date: 9/5/2007     Pay Rate: $10.50/hr

Work Hours: 12-5pm     Total Hours Per Week: 20-25

Age Requirement: 17-25

Educational Requirements: High School or College Student

Description of Duties: Student must be able to install hardware, software and build custom computers for multiple engineers at one time. Typing, mail delivery and some administrative roles will be given daily.

Skills: Full working knowledge of computers, Word and Outlook. Teamwork a must.

Special Requirements: Fast learner with a friendly personality.

Accounting InternINTERNSHIP POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Start Date: 6/5/2007     End Date: 9/4/2007     Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

Work Hours: 8-5pm     Total Hours Per Week: 40

Age Requirement: 18+

Educational Requirements: College Student

Description of Duties: Processing accounts payable: review invoices and expense reports for accuracy, coding expenses to the general ledger, assist in preparing accruals at month end and filing of payment documents; assist in reconciliation of bank accounts and processing of credit card transactions; reconcile certain general ledger accounts monthly and enter manual journal entries; assist in other projects as assigned.

Skills: MS Excel

Special Requirements: 2+ years of accounting coursework completed. Minimum overall GPA of 3.25.
