- You are interested in becoming a BEC student intern.
- You want to become part of the BEC intern candidate pool.
What's next?
- Submit Application: Complete each section of our online application and submit to the BEC, located in the Apply Now section of this site.
- Position Matching: You become a member of the candidate pool; BEC matches you with open positions if you are qualified for them and will contact you if a supervisor would like to interview you.
- Employer Interviews: Employer performs onsite and/or telephone interviews with candidates and selects top choice.
- Hiring: If you are the one selected, the BEC hires you and you attend an orientation.
- Drug Screening/ Background Testing Occurs if required prior to you starting the internship.
- Candidate Pool Even if you are not chosen right away for a position, you will remain in our candidate pool for six months. We may send your resume for other positions you may qualify for, and the process continues from there.
